Full cast and creative team information has been announced for Florida Stage's world premiere production of Ward 57 by Jessica Goldberg, March 19-April 27. Michael Bigelow Dixon will direct.
Pulled from real life, Ward 57 follows a screenwriter who discovered personal secrets and political agendas of the Iraq war through interviews with injured veterans at Walter Reed Hospital.
The cast will include Bonnie Rae Allen, Buddy Haardt, Aditi Kapil, Brandon Morris, and Sid Solomon. The creative team will include Victor Becker (set/costume design), Marcia Dixcy Jory (costume design), Jim Fulton (lighting design), and Matt Kelly (sound design).
